If you're 12 or older, then:
1.-This is a quick doodle lacking creativity, effort, technique, vision, consistency, and whatever else is necessary for this to qualify as a "work of ART".
2.-First of all, quit digital tools. You can't even use them. Look for a competent instructor, and start taking actual art classes. I refer to realism, anatomy, perspective, etc. Not "emotional" paint-splats on a wall junk.
3.-This is a character sheet. It means it's supposed to be a reference for future works featuring it. It's meant to help you have a quick idea of how is this character supposed to act, react, behave, etc. It's not necessarily a plaything.
All-in-all, you better begin to learn how to draw. Things like this being publicly buttkissed on a site dedicated to "ART", is a shame for the trade.
Also, I didn't want to grant a single start to this, but the system forced me to do so. This can't be rated. It's has nothing worth to show.
The lines are real smudgy and the spots are just at random and I don't think that would set on a cat correctly.
If you want to improve anatomy, keep practicing you have a lot of work to do on that. I do like this, it's really, really cute, but if you've requested a critique on this, then here it is.
